This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer 2026; it will be a full‑time seasonal role. Role & Responsibilities Receive paid training to qualify as a Tour Guide and Licensed Boat Captain Supervisor Lake Minnewanka Boat Captain team Be prepared for a fast‑paced work environment with changing conditions Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills Ensure that a high level of customer service is given to each guest Deliver high‑standard interpretive commentary on board each tour Safely operate tour boats, in accordance with Transport Canada regulations Master Limited 60 Ton (all training provided and paid for) Maintain trip and mechanical logs, report boat performance issues Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe NOTE: Transport Canada regulations state that in Canada only Canadian or Permanent resident of Canada can work on Canadian vessels.
