Client Services Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for the overall support and supervision of all residential and vocational programs as well as the overall care and quality services provided for all the clients in the programs. 100% of the job responsibility is administrative. This position works independently, receiving minimal supervision and guidance. This is a leadership position that manages the development and delivery of quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with the organizations philosophies, policies and procedures.SKILLS REQUIRED:Minimum Qualifications (Conditions of Employment):Equivalent of High School education from a recognized institutionProficient command/comprehension of the English languagePolice information Check that does not disqualify you from employmentEmergency First Aid and CPRComputer literacy and proficiency in the use of basic office applications and data basesFoundations CertificateLegal Canadian driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work purposes/two - million-dollar liabilityAdditional Qualifications (Requirements of Employment):Community Disability Studies Diploma or related Human Services DiplomaMedication AdministrationClient RightsAbuse Prevention & Response ProtocolNon-Violent Crisis Intervention TrainingSupervisory Skills TrainingPhysical Demands:Physical control dynamics trained through NVCIDriving a personal vehicleSitting for extended periodsRepetitive movements for word processingYears of Experience:Greater than two years up to five years of progressive, relevant experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experienceInterpersonal:Demonstrated progressive managerial experienceRelated skills in communication, organizational, interpersonal, budgeting and planning skillsHours of Work:Flexible, may include evenings and weekends with the expectation that the Coordinator work in conjunction with the client and their support networkCurrent OpeningsDependenton relevant education and/or experience; wage range: $31.39-$36.73 / hourCentral Openings:#50-10540 hours per week / Monday to Friday/ 0800-1600 (Posting Closes: January 9, 2026 at 1600) #J-18808-Ljbffr
