Auto Body Repair Estimators create accurate damage estimates using Audatex and Mitchell while guiding customers through collision repairs and updates.
Assured Automotive seeks an Estimator to assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and coordinate customer and insurance communication. The work requires ASE updates, insurance program knowledge, and compliance with repair processes. Estimators also support facility KPIs and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create estimates using Audatex, Mitchell, and OEM procedures
- Assess vehicle damage and document required repairs
- Guide customers through repair processes and provide updates
- Meet insurance requirements, processes, and performance metrics
- Communicate customer needs to appropriate team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of DRP experience
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of ASE and rental management systems
- Basic knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, and Alldata
Bring collision estimating, customer communication, and insurance process knowledge to Assured Automotive’s repair operations and customer experience.
