About the Role, Benefits & Perks: Full-time, year-round. $60-70,000 per year based on experience. A competitive health, dental, STD, LTD, AD&D and Life (no waiting period). 3 weeks vacation. Free Parking Private Staff Housing Ski Pass The Perfect Candidate: Previous hotel customer service and management experience. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities. Highly organised and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong commitment to guest service excellence with a proactive and solution-focused mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed. Basic First Aid Course (or ability to acquire). Responsibilities Include: Provide leadership to the Rooms Department to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate operational coverage and approve payroll. Manage departmental supplies, jspb equipment, and expenses effectively. Collaborate closely with other hotel leaders to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations. Proactively develop and maintain hyperpositive, collaborative relationships with hotel owners. Maintain high customer service and cleaning standards, ensuring all team members are trained and consistently meeting expectations.
