We are looking for a Technical Service Clerk to join our Technical Service team. You will be required to follow up on customer credits. You will be responsible for the rental fleet of our equipment, as well as the incoming and outgoing of replacement parts.

Major Duties:

  • Return credited items to the Distribution Centre.

  • Return defective equipment, parts or other items to the manufacturer or to the Distribution Centre's defective products clerk, and follow up on them.

  • Keep track of rental equipment.

  • Help with delivery of certain equipment.

  • Inventory support.

  • Perform basic maintenance on certain dental equipment.

  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.

Job qualifications:

  • High school diploma or other relevant experience.

  • 2 to 3 years experience.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to exercise good judgment and demonstrate great attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite.

  • Good knowledge of French and English, both spoken and written. The employee will work 30% with suppliers and colleagues outside Quebec for credits and returns of items and equipment.

  • Knowledge of the SAP platform is an asset.

  • Dental industry experience is an asset.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un commis au service pour compléter notre équipe du Service technique. Vous aurez à effectuer le suivi des crédits pour les clients. Vous serez responsable de la flotte de location de nos équipements, ainsi que des entrées et sorties des pièces de remplacement.

Fonctions essentielles:

  • Retourner les articles crédités au centre de distribution.

  • Retourner les équipements défectueux, pièces ou autres articles aux manufacturiers ou au préposé des produits défectueux du centre de distribution et en assurer le suivi.

  • Assurer le suivi des équipements en location.

  • Aider à la livraison de certains équipements.

  • Soutien à l'inventaire.

  • Effectuer l’entretien de base de certains équipements dentaires.

  • Remplir d'autres tâches telles que demandées ou assignées.

Formation et compétences:

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou toute autre expérience pertinente.

  • 2 à 3 années d'expérience.

  • Capacité de travailler en équipe.

  • Capacité de lever un minimum de 50 lb.

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front, capacité à faire preuve de discernement et à accorder une grande attention aux détails.

  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft.

  • Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. L’employé travaillera à 30 % avec des fournisseurs et des collègues à l’extérieur du Québec pour les crédits et les retours d’articles et d’équipement.

  • Connaissance de la plateforme SAP, un atout.

  • Expérience de l'industrie dentaire, un atout.
