You will define and deliver AI architectures that solve complex business challenges, promote our innovative solutions to customers and partners, and represent our brand as a thought leader within the tech ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver AI solutions that drive business value across industries (e.g., predictive analytics, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, automation)Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, translate them into AI use cases, and lead the solutioning processDefine AI architecture frameworks, standards, and best practices for projects across the Canadian business unitSupport sales and pre-sales activities by articulating the value of AI solutions to business and technical stakeholdersPromote and evangelize our AI capabilities in the local market through events, meetups, conferences, publications, and networking forumsActively build relationships with local AI, tech, and business communities to enhance our presence and reputation in MontrealMentor internal teams and contribute to capability building in AI/ML across our organizationCollaborate with worldwide teams to deliver business driven solutionsQualifications10+ years of experience in technology solutions, with at least 5 years in AI/ML solution architecture and deliveryStrong track record of designing and delivering AI systems that have achieved measurable business impactDeep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps practicesExperience with AI solution governance, ethical AI, and responsible AI design is highly desirableExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage business executives and technical teams alikeDemonstrated experience as a speaker, author, or thought leader in the AI space is a strong assetStrong network or active participation in the AI/tech ecosystem (local AI meetups, conferences, community) is preferredBachelor's or master's in computer science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (PhD is a plus)Advanced understanding of aeronautical and manufacturing operations is a plusLanguagesFluent in English & French (Spanish is a plus)BenefitsProfessional growth in a dynamic, future-ready environmentCompetitive salary and continuous upskilling opportunitiesCollaborative, International work environmentInternational community of 3Dexperience UsersJoin Sopra Steria Aeroline and be part of a forward-thinking team that is shaping the future of aerospace through digital innovation.
