Safeguard food safety, regulatory compliance, and product integrity Lead QA operations and maintain daily shopfloor presence Oversee material and finished-product release decisions Drive deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA follow-up Prepare quality reports and manage QA budgets Requirements:
Master’s degree in Food Science, Technology, Microbiology, or similar Five-plus years’ Quality Assurance experience in food manufacturing Two to three years’ QA leadership experience Experience with internal and external audits Strong deviation investigation and root-cause problem-solving skills Lead food safety, HACCP, GMP, and quality improvement across infant nutrition manufacturing at the Gelderland site.
