A division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., Save-On-Foods is B.C.’s Most Loved Brand and certified a Great Place to Work.We are hiring for a **Pharmacy Manager** at ourlocation in **Prince Rupert, BC.****You will be responsible for:*** Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.* Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.* Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.* Inventory management.* Team member scheduling, training, and management.* Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.* Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.* Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.* Practicing at full scope.**You Have:*** A Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.* Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).* Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).* Your Injection Certification.* Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.**Here are some of the perks we have to offer:*** Flexible benefits plan.* Company-funded pension plan.* Eligibility for moving expenses for certain locations.* Eligibility for signing bonus for certain locations.* Get paid every Friday* Eligibility for license reimbursements.* Continuing education reimbursements.* Exclusive team member offers and discounts.* Wellness and team member assistance program.**Compensation Details:**$71.00 - $74.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors. **Join our Team** Come and be a part of an energetic and inclusive team where we work together to have fun and achieve our goals.
