What you’ll doYou will play a key role in the customer experience by repairing or replacing their windshield with the utmost skill and care using our industry-leading tools.Perform recalibrations of the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) front camera.Consistently meet or exceed Speedy Glass technical standards in the installation of vehicle glass and other products, ensuring compliance with the company quality procedures.Adhere to and enforce Belron International technical standards and work procedures for door, window and windshield repair and replacement.Ensure proper tool maintenance.Consistently and strictly adhere to company Health and Safety procedures using the safety equipment provided.Work within company productivity targets.Represent the interests of the customer in dealing with internal procedures, including promptly providing feedback and keeping customers informed of the work process.Seek and identify opportunities to increase sales (add-on products) and develop business opportunities.Display a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail; foster genuine relationships with customers and team members. What you’ll need – Your profileBe eager and motivated to learn.Able to lift up to 50 lbs, if needed.Have a valid Class 5 or Class G license (Class 7 Novice or G2 are not considered a full driver’s license).Be able to drive a company vehicle to complete tasks independently at the client site, where required.High school diploma or the equivalent.Direct experience in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry is an asset.Exceptional attention to detail.Results-oriented team player with the ability to multi-task.Good problem solving and communication skills.Be available to work a flexible schedule.Be willing to work at different Belron Canada locations near your home, when required. Compensation and benefitsCompensation: Range of pay for this role is between $25.50 - $31.90 per hour. Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Our comprehensive benefits package starts on day one for permanent employees (e.g., group insurance) and after 3 months for the pension plan. The organization provides a technical uniform and boots, safety glasses prescriptions, employee discounts and rebates on tools, products and services. We offer a weekly pay cycle, attractive hourly rate and a work-life balance with an average of 37.5 hours per week, typically 35–40 hours with no evenings or weekends (subject to change based on business needs).
