These positions offer: Work in diverse healthcare environments The chance to make a real impact in underserved communities Job Title: Physiotherapist Department: Health Services Reports To: Site Supervisor / Clinical Lead / Health Director Locations: Various FNHA Sites & BC Health Authorities Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Casual (Temporary Staffing) Your Role: As a Physiotherapist, you'll help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment plans. Your work may take place in diverse settings, including: Community Health Centres Regional hospitals and outpatient clinics Key Responsibilities: Assess mobility, strength, and physical limitations Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each patients needs Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, techniques, and treatment plans Monitor progress and adjust treatments based on patient feedback and goalsCollaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic, patient-centered care Qualifications: Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution Registered and licensed to practice in British Columbia Compliance Requirements: Two professional references Up-to-date immunizations Core Competencies: Strong clinical assessment skills Excellent communication and collaboration within teams Cultural safety and sensitivity in diverse patient populations Compassionate, patient-centered care Ability to work both independently and within a team Working Conditions: Travel may be required to rural and remote First Nations communities Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Physical role requiring hands‑on patient assistance Action: Ready to make a difference?
