Is the Supply Chain representative within the Project team, representing during execution all Supply Chain sub-functions such as Manufacturing, Sourcing, Procurement and Transport & Logistics. Ensures full implementation of the Customer contractual requirements for the Equipment to be delivered. Acts as the conduit between Supply Chain, Engineering COE and the Projects team to drive project execution. Manages the Supply Chain action progress plan to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Cost and contractual compliance. Interfaces with Engineering, Planning and Supply Chain and other project team members under the direction of the Project Director.Essential responsibilities / Responsabilités essentiellesEnsure hand-over with ITO team to start OTR execution (costing files, ITO EPP, cost hypotheses and related industrial scheme).Organize kickoff sessions with functions at project start to define project strategy, build the EPP, and conduct regular execution reviews to ensure implementation.Interact with Material Planner to guarantee fabrication order submission, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, shipments and daily activities to respect the project schedule and milestones.Update key dates with the project team and deploy actions to secure OTD and cash flow.Monitor project budget for costs within scope (Manufacturing, Direct Materials, transport, warehousing).Analyze deviations, consolidate information for project reviews, and ensure root-cause analysis of margin movements.Update risks and opportunities, evaluate actions to improve project performance, and assume responsibility for delivery of assigned scope.Promote EHS engagement and discipline toward quality with zero tolerance for delays.Qualifications & Exigences / Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, purchasing, or supply chain within a project context.Knowledge & Skills / Connaissances et AptitudesStrong project management experience, operational efficiency, accountability, urgency, teamwork, continuous improvement (Lean), and product knowledge in hydroelectric systems. Ability to interface with planning, procurement, fabrication, and engineering; capable of managing risk, cost, and schedule; proficient in cross-functional collaboration within a global matrix environment.Organizational reportingReports to the Supply Chain organization and is part of the Project Director team.Additional InformationRelocation assistance: No. #J-18808-Ljbffr
