OverviewSalary : $170,000-$220,000 Total CompensationAs Vice President of Marketing, you will lead all marketing strategies, communications, and brand development efforts. You will also oversee Tangams Business Development Representatives (BDR) team and Growth Marketing team, with direct accountability for pipeline contribution and revenue growth targets. This role is critical to shaping market perception, driving demand, and fueling the companys high growth trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategic marketing plan to support overall business goals, product launches, and market expansionLead brand management, positioning, messaging, and corporate communicationsPlan and execute User Conferences to deepen engagement with existing customers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and connect new prospects to our existing customer baseDirect the BDR and Growth Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with sales, pipeline, and revenue targetsOwn marketing-sourced pipeline contribution and growth KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadershipOversee content marketing, digital / performance marketing, public relations, and event marketingCollaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure marketing aligns with product roadmaps and business objectivesManage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, establishing KPIs and monitoring performanceConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform campaignsOversee marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationshipsEnsure consistent brand voice and marketing collateral across all channels and marketsQualifications & Experience10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within technology and SaaS industriesExperience organizing User ConferencesProven track record of building and scaling marketing and BDR functions in high-growth environmentsDemonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving revenue impact through marketing and BDR alignmentStrong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, brand development, and content strategyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision makingExperience working in global markets and coordinating multi-geography campaignsBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)Who we areTangam Systems is a rapidly growing company that is at the cutting edge of developing data analytics and visualization software.
