In this dynamic role, you will work with our Manitoba and Saskatchewan Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the Dr.Bill brand of excellence. Location: Manitoba or Saskatchewan. What Will You Do? Maintain accurate customer account records. Process medical claims. Reconcile monthly remittance advice. Generate billing reports. Resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Respond to billing questions. Provide claim recommendations when applicable. Respond to physician and internal communications in a timely manner. What do you need to succeed? 2+ years of health care administration and customer service experience. 1+ year(s) experience with Manitoba (MHSIP) and/or Saskatchewan (MSB). Provincial Billing expertise. 1+ year experience working with Accuro or Telus EMRs. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Great attention to detail. Comfortable working with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative. Deadline‑driven and results‑oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks. Outstanding personal skills and ability to collaborate within a team. Nice to Have Completion of certified courses – Medical Billing or equivalent. Proficient in SharePoint, Metabase, Confluence, Outlook. What’s in it for you?
