Position Associé, Expérience client at TD Location & Hours Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada | 15 hours per week Compensation $22.50 – $28.33 CAD per hour Department Overview At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank. Responsibilities Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions while exercising discretion in confidential matters. Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non‑standard activities when necessary. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner. Engage personally with customers to clearly explain banking solutions and processes. Support a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed of routine activity status. Recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence. Requirements High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage. Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Dynamic communication skills, both verbal and written, with people in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
