Data Distribution Infrastructure L3 Support Specialist 11/18/2025 Contract Active Job Description: JOB SUMMARY The Data Distribution Infrastructure L3 Support Specialist will join the Enterprise Computing Organization. This team manages and supports reporting and Managed File Transfer (MFT) products/applications, including proprietary systems like COMET and Infoblast mail, and vendor products such as Connect Direct (NDM). This position is for a senior L3 SME and SRE with global responsibility for applications and infrastructure related to Managed File Transfer. Key Responsibilities Administer application servers and SFTP/FTPS servers. Perform technical troubleshooting of infrastructure and user incidents. Deploy servers and applications; automate operational tasks. Provide global support for Managed File Transfer systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. Participate in weekend and on-call rotation as required. Required Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in an operations support role. Strong knowledge of HTTP, FTP/SFTP, SQL, databases, and general MFT technologies. Comfortable with Unix/Linux and Windows system administration. Proficiency in scripting for operational tasks using Java, PowerShell, Python (preferred), Perl, or Shell scripting. Experience troubleshooting issues related to network, databases, storage, security, and operating systems. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment. Availability for weekend and on-call work on a rotation basis. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with file transfer services or related applications. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Experience Minimum 7 years in operations support or infrastructure management. Hands‑on experience with Managed File Transfer technologies and scripting automation. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple domains. #J-18808-Ljbffr
