The Executive Director will provide visionary leadership, ensure effective delivery of programs and services, and promote the social, cultural, and economic well-being of the Nation. The ideal candidate is a strong, values-based leader with experience in Indigenous governance, public administration, and organizational development. They must embody principles of accountability, transparency, and respect for the culture, traditions, and self-determination of the Nation.
