Governance and Reporting Analyst

The Governance and Reporting Analyst will play a critical role within the Portfolio Governance & Delivery (PGD) team of Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS). This position supports the effective governance and strategic execution of the Firm's technology initiatives by delivering timely, accurate reporting and ensuring compliance with governance frameworks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEnforce governance standards and support policy adherence across the technology portfolioMonitor project compliance, assist in updating documentation to reflect best practicesCoordinate and facilitate project delivery review meetings, capturing detailed notes, action items, and follow-upsMaintain and update dependency logs, collaborating with teams to mitigate risks and timeline impactsSupport the onboarding and offboarding of projects, ensuring full process and policy complianceLead reporting processes, including data gathering, analysis, and the creation of impactful data visualizationsDeliver insights on portfolio performance through effective presentation and dashboard creationWork cross-functionally to support continuous process improvementsRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in project management governance, reporting, or related rolesKnowledge of project governance principles, dependency tracking, and financial reportingStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex data simplyAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environmentProactive problem-solver with a collaborative approachPreferred QualificationsBackground in technology and financial servicesFamiliarity with portfolio management tools and reporting platformsExperience working in large, cross-functional teamsStrong data visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau (a plus)Certifications (if any)Project Management-related certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or ITIL) are a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
