The role is hybrid (initially 2 days on-site, with plans to shift to 4 days).Key QualificationsIT audit - IT Governance Controls and StandardsQuality assurance as it relates to remediation plansVery strong comms – written and verbalIT governance experience in information security and controls risk frameworksExperience with evaluation of audit and regulatory remediationGovernance frameworksTeam player – collaborate well with other team membersKnowledge and experience with various technology tools including, but not limited to, RSA Archer, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office, ExcelEducational Requirements / Certifications10+ years as an IT Risk Specialist with relevant experience in governance, risk and compliance management within regulated industriesInformation Security or technology risk and controls background in a financial industry a plusIT governance experience in information security and controls risk frameworks (i.e., ITIL, NIST, COBIT)Knowledge and experience with various lifecycle methodologies / frameworks, i.e., Agile, Project Management, IT Processes, Risk Management frameworks and process / operationsKnowledge and experience with various technology tools including, but not limited to, RSA Archer, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, MS Office, ExcelCRISC certification or equivalent experienceCISA certification or equivalent experienceCISSP certification or equivalent experience a plusUniversity degree or relevant field / equivalent experienceTekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
