Use English and French to recruit sales talent across Canada remotely, managing high-volume hiring with organized candidate communication and screening.
This Bilingual Recruiter supports a growing field sales and marketing services organization. You will manage recruitment processes for full-time and part-time sales vacancies. The work spans sourcing, application review, screening, assessment, hiring-manager collaboration, and candidate follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple full-time and part-time sales vacancies
- Screen candidates professionally in English and French
- Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate records in Taleo and Greenhouse
Requirements:
- Ideally, three years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- Intermediate or higher spoken French proficiency
- Recruitment lifecycle experience from sourcing through assessment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
