The Network Services Specialist will support and enhance our global enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure networking, LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN environments, and network security.Job Type: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesMaintain and support the global enterprise network infrastructure and services.Design and improve network solutions and processes across LAN, WAN, and SD‑WAN environments.Monitor and coordinate services to ensure high availability and optimal performance.Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of network security, including enterprise firewalls.Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform physical installation and maintenance of network hardware (routers, switches, etc.).Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.Required QualificationsSoft SkillsStrong communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is a priority).Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.Team‑oriented with a collaborative mindset.Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.Comfortable interacting with IT professionals and stakeholders at all levels.Technical SkillsSolid experience with Azure networking and cloud‑based network services.Proficient in Palo Alto firewalls and Layer 2/3 switching.Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and core network architectures.Experience with physical infrastructure planning (cabling, fiber, etc.) is an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise networking.Palo Alto and/or Cisco certifications are considered strong assets.Please note:Interested applicants must apply directly to this link to be considered for this position: IT Network Specialist.
