Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products offered.
  2. Drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations.
  3. Maintain personal and productivity goals.
  4. Build a connection with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs.
  5. Ability to learn and share expertise in products and trends to meet customer needs.
  6. Maintain knowledge of all products through product trainings.
  7. Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the Store Manager in using social media.
Qualifications:
  1. 0-3 years of retail experience.
  2. Be confident and comfortable with customers to provide them with a positive experience.
  3. Motivated to achieve great results through running enthusiasm.
  4. Autonomous, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision.
  5. Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
