X-Ray Clinic Assistant – Competition #2025-703 Regular, Full-time (1.0 FTE) EFW Radiology is currently seeking X-Ray Clinic Assistants to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional patient care About EFW EFW Radiology owns and operates eleven community-based clinics providing Diagnostic Imaging, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Pain Management services. The Role X-Ray Clinic Assistants work closely with EFW Physicians, MSK/Mammo, Reception, and Ultrasound teams to support the front‑line team and ensure excellent patient care. Reporting to This position directly reports to the X-Ray Supervisor. Role Overview Responsible for supporting clinic operations; working closely with X-Ray/Mammo, Reception, Ultrasound teams, and the on-site EFW Physician to ensure that the patient experience is efficient and effective so that exceptional care is provided to all patientss. Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of changing rooms, waiting areas and stretcher bay; Unpack clinic supplies and distribute to appropriate areas. Assist with cleaning of procedure rooms at the end of the day. Complete clerical duties including but not limited to: Print reports/forms, file, photocopy, scan technologist worksheets/forms; Assist with the management of packing slips and invoices; Patient reminder phone calls when applicable; Complete other miscellaneous paperwork; May be assigned to support one of the following functional areas: Musculoskeletal (MSK) Procedures, MSK, or Mammography (Mammo), or a combination thereof. Each area includes specific duties in addition to the core responsibilities of the role; Adhere to privacy and confidentiality policies, ensuring the safeguarding of personal and health information for patients and employees, and track delayed mammograms to ensure timely dictation as per guidelines; Undertakes additional duties as assigned. You have the following Preferred qualifications include experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Medical experience, or Healthcare Aide, with a medical terminology course being a great asset. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently learn multiple programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to multi‑task and maintain accuracy with detailed information. Motivated self‑starter capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
