Alphawave Semi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Security Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in safeguarding our company's digital assets and ensuring the continuous integrity and confidentiality of information. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of cyber security practices, including expertise in Microsoft Entra ID Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and compliance policies. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in implementing security controls based on best practices and standards from ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-53.
What You'll Do:- Conduct comprehensive security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, with a focus on DLP (Data Loss Prevention).
- Develop and implement robust security protocols and policies, including compliance with DLP requirements and alignment with ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-53 standards.
- Lead incident response activities, including investigation and remediation of security breaches.
- Monitor security systems and analyze security logs to detect any suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve the Microsoft Security Score and ensure the alignment of security measures with overall IT strategies and compliance with ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-53.
- Provide expert guidance on the latest security trends, threats, and countermeasures, with a focus on Microsoft security solutions and adherence to international standards.
- Conduct security awareness training for staff members, emphasizing phishing, DLP, compliance policies.
- Manage complex security projects and coordinate with external security vendors as necessary, ensuring that all activities are in line with recognized standards and best practices.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information security or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CEH, or similar are a plus.
- Proven experience in security systems, including expertise in Microsoft Entra ID Security, DLP, and compliance policies.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and application security, particularly within Microsoft environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SIEM tools.
- Proficient in risk management and compliance methodologies, with a deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST SP 800-53 standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
