VoIP.ms is seeking a strategic and customer-obsessed Product Manager to own the lifecycle of our core communication products. In this role, you will be the central hub for defining our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will work closely with web development, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to discover, build, and launch features that empower our diverse customer base, from small businesses and resellers to enterprise clients. Your Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Align product initiatives with overall company strategy, pricing, and business objectives. Develop and standardize approach for building business cases for features Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap for assigned features or services. Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities. Specify market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning. Define clear performance indicators and measure product success over time. Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories for the development teams. Work with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and reliability. Partner with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market execution and product adoption. Continuously evaluate performance metrics and iterate based on insights. Maintain documentation for product features, release notes, and internal communications. Skills Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management working with digital or software-based products, ideally within telecom, SaaS, or B2B technology. Understanding of VoIP technologies (DIDs, SIP trunks, PBX systems, call routing) or a strong willingness to learn. Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams (web development, engineering, sysadmin, support). Demonstrated experience managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery to launch and iteration. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-moving and evolving environments. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Azure DevOps). Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a solid plus. Nice to Have: Technical background in Web Development, APIs, databases, and network infrastructure. UI/UX sensitivity or experience working with designers to improve customer experience. Experience in data-driven decision-making using analytics dashboards or BI tools. So basically, why VoIP.ms?
