Analyst, Content Management (Menu & Price Management Analyst for Restaurant Technology) – Tim Hortons, Toronto, ON. The position is based in our Toronto office and requires 5 days a week in office. Role & Responsibilities Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing, operations, supply chain, product, and category to ensure all requirements are received in the format required by technology vendors to program into their solutions. Coordinate and track completion of menu changes with POS, mobile and delivery service providers. Coordinate and provide support to menu testing efforts. Provide consultative services to cross functional stakeholders on menu format, content and requirements during product design and execution. Coordinate changes and perform UAT for digital offers in mobile app and third‑party delivery services. Prepare and publish end‑user communications related to menu and price changes. Review and contribute to training materials related to new products or menu changes. Prepare and communicate status update, reports and schedules related to changes, resources, release plans, test cycles, risks, and issues etc. Regular evaluation of previous menu updates to understand opportunities to enhance the process of delivering menu updates across various technology platforms. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in gathering, managing, and coordinating complex requirements. Solid experience in writing user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria. Extreme attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Testing or quality assurance background preferred. Optimal knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile software development. Understanding of data structures and data maintenance. Experience in process mapping, creating wireframes and mock‑ups. Experience in Project Management. Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred. Salary Base salary range of $75,000 – $95,000. Base salary may vary based on experience, education, location, and skills. Eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan.
