Eligible Nurses can earn a $25,000 incentive Qualifications Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening Proof of negative TB test and professional liability insurance Standard First Aid & CPR, Level C Ability to travel from home to home within the community – a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required for this role Travel required in Chatham-Kent Strong verbal and written English communication skills Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset Every day will be different You will be able to apply your clinical skills and knowledge to wrap service around the patient to support their care journey.
