This role involves working on-site in Ottawa within a secure environment, ensuring accurate data entry, account management, and compliance with established protocols. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting operational processes and delivering high-quality service.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess, manage, and maintain data in specialized software and database systems.Perform data entry from hard copy reports into secure systems.Conduct background checks and maintain accurate records.Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure data integrity.Provide troubleshooting support for system issues and assist with password resets.Maintain logs and registers for account activities and user acknowledgments.Work on a rotational shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.QualificationsEducation: Secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Minimum 12 months of relevant data entry or administrative experience.Language: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a bilingual environment.Security Clearance: Must hold a valid Security ClearanceSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionAdministrativeIndustriesBusiness Consulting and ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Agilus Work Solutions by 2xGet notified about new Data Entry Clerk jobs in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
