About the role We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery Manager to support our expanding client base for our Cloud-based SaaS risk management solution in North America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can bridge client needs with technical teams, and is passionate about cloud technologies and financial services. What you will be doing Serve as the subject matter expert on our products in hosted environments, focusing on customer use cases, SLAs, security, and compliance Proactively monitor and resolve obstacles in the rollout and operation of our public Cloud offering, always prioritizing client satisfaction Collaborate with Canadian/North American clients and internal teams (Development, Managed Services, Infrastructure) to enhance Cloud readiness, cost-efficiency, performance, security, standardization, automation, and maintenance. Drive automation of repeatable processes (e.g., client onboarding, upgrades, disaster recovery exercises). Support pre-sales activities with technical and product expertise, ensuring smooth handover to Cloud Operations. Liaise with strategic partners (e.g., AWS) to strengthen our Cloud offerings Occasional travel to client sites and prospects as needed. What you bring Strong background or keen interest in DevOps, Cloud (preferably AWS), and related technologies (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker, WAF, IdP, VPN, SSO, multi-tenant vs. single tenant). Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive projects to completion. Entrepreneurial, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for understanding and solving client challenges. 3+ years of experience with cloud delivery. Bonus if you have Experience with public Cloud service design, costing, client pricing, solution execution, lifecycle management, and governance. Background in Banking IT, ideally in Risk Management.
