Overview Psychiatrist – Concurrent Disorders - OAT/OTP Clinic at Neobridge Healthcare Location: Winnipeg, MB (On-site / Hybrid depending on clinic) Opportunity Types: Sessionals, Part-time, Contract, Locum About The Opportunity Neobridge Healthcare is building a Winnipeg-based talent pool of Psychiatrists to support OAT/OTP clinics and patients with concurrent mental health and substance use needs. Psychiatrists must be eligible for registration and practice in Manitoba via CPSM. Key Responsibilities Provide psychiatric assessment and diagnosis for patients with concurrent disorders (e.g., mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, psychosis). Deliver medication management and treatment planning in collaboration with OAT prescribers and nursing. Offer consultative support to the interdisciplinary team (care planning, complexity, risk considerations). Support stabilization and continuity of care through documentation, follow-ups, and coordinated transitions when needed. Practice in a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and patient-centered manner. Qualifications Specialist physician (Psychiatry) eligible for independent practice/registration in Manitoba (CPSM). Experience in addiction psychiatry, concurrent disorders, or community mental health is strongly preferred. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Nice to Have Comfort with consult-liaison style work and brief, high-impact psychiatric interventions in outpatient clinic settings.
