YOUR IMPACT You will be part of a global Corporate Technology Platform Engineering Team responsible for the administration, support, design, and planning of our global production infrastructure. This 3rd‑level support role requires subject‑matter expertise across multiple platforms/systems and the maintenance of 24×7×365 system availability. What The Role Offers Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows Server operating system. Build, deploy, and patch Linux servers. Provide 24/7 tier‑3 on‑call support for production systems as required. Design and implement technical solutions to support business requirements. Work with VMware administration. Manage certificates. Implement server security and hardening measures. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years as a Windows Server Systems Administrator in a medium to large‑scale environment. Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Expert knowledge of Windows infrastructure services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and File servers. Experience managing users and groups in Microsoft Entra ID. Experience with centralized configuration and patch management tools (e.g., Configuration Manager). Proficiency in scripting/automation or user management in PowerShell. Strong team player, thriving in a globally dispersed team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
