Hospitalist – Health Match BC Fraser Health is seeking physicians interested in hospital medicine at Eagle Ridge Hospital. Role and Facility Information: Strong interest in acute care hospital practice and collaboration with inter‑professional teams. Primary responsibilities: admissions and management as Most Responsible Physician (MRP) and supportive care for surgical and specialty patients; work independently with off‑site specialty support by phone. Day and evening shifts: 7 consecutive days; overnight coverage mandatory, frequency proportional to weeks worked. Superior clinical and communication skills, exceptional bedside manner, team management abilities, proficiency with community resources, collaboration with community‑based physicians for discharge planning. Eligibility: Hospitalist experience, fellowship, and/or membership in professional hospital medicine societies. Rural medicine experience is an asset.
