They must attain strong people skills and problem-solving drive.
Job requirement
They must attain 3+ years of engineering team management experience
Candidates must attain 7+ years of working directly within engineering team experience
They must attain 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
Candidates must attain 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience.
Work setting
They must attain experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
