This role is within the Major Projects team and involves organizing and supervising project control activities on large-scale building and infrastructure projects.ResponsibilitiesOrganization and animation of the Project Control TeamDefinition and monitoring of individual objectives: planning, management, and retention of resourcesPrepare the project dashboard and ensure the monitoring of performance indicators – cost, schedule, earned value, among othersSupport the project management in the contractual management of the main contract as well as in change managementImplement appropriate tracking tools between cost control and scheduling for monitoring progress and earned valueRisks: Facilitate the animation and continuous improvement of the risk management process, including organizing review meetings, tracking action plans, and communicating major risksOrganization, updating, and monitoring of contractual deliverablesTrack the production of mandatory registers and reportsQualificationsEngineering or University Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field12 years of experience in project control within the construction industryGood adaptability to IT tools – Knowledge of P6, SAP, and InEight would be an assetRigorous and organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentCommunication and project management skillsWhy joinReady to build your career?
