The successful applicant will be involved in a broad range of projects with responsibilities as follows:Active participation in maintaining Montrose strong safety cultureLead and assist with simple to moderately complex contaminated site field investigations or reclamation projectsAct as a leader in the workplace using Montrose Standard Operating Safety and Technical ProceduresSupervise sub-contractorsInitial interpretation of field data to make field-related decisionsWork with senior technical advisors to ensure high quality products that meet our clients’ unique project needsCommunicate and liaise with clients and project related stakeholdersManage project related timelines and budgetsPreparation of technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and summary reportsFunction effectively as part of a collaborative teamWhat We Are Looking ForExperience managing assessment, reclamation, remediation and monitoring projects for Oil and Gas clients within a consulting environment would be considered an assetA degree or technical diploma in environmental science, geology, hydrogeology, reclamation or engineeringEligibility for registration in or maintaining a good standing in a professional organizationSelf-motivated and possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to provide technical direction and mentorship to more junior professionalsA strong knowledge of Saskatchewan regulatory frameworkExperience writing technical reportsA valid and clean driver’s license with no restrictions.Why Choose Montrose?At Montrose you will be part of an amazing community of collaborative people who live shared mission and principles and bring industry-leading technical expertise to their work every day. This is a permanent position with a Hourly rate range of $26.04-$37.50, starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location.
