Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Radiology Technologist (MRT) at CGA Medical Imaging located in Calgary, AB. The MRT will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures, operating radiologic equipment, and assisting radiologists and physicians in providing accurate findings. Key day-to-day tasks include maintaining patient safety during procedures, adhering to established protocols and radiation safety standards, and ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping of all imaging results. The MRT will also collaborate effectively with the clinical team to deliver compassionate and patient-centered care. Qualifications Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and familiarity with advanced imaging equipment Certification or eligibility for registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent certification Strong knowledge of Radiation Safety protocols and best practices Understanding of medical imaging principles and a foundational knowledge of Radiology Excellent patient care and communication skills to ensure a comfortable experience for diverse patient populations Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced healthcare environment Current and valid licensing or certification as required in Alberta CPR certification is an asset Prior experience in a diagnostic imaging clinic is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
