Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Selkirk, MB, is an opportunity for a Healthcare Capital Project Manager to lead and oversee various healthcare infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and delivering capital projects while ensuring they meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and external contractors to ensure successful project outcomes. Duties will also include preparing and presenting multiple project plans, resource allocation, risk assessments, compliance with local and national health service requirements, and progress reporting to senior leadership. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including budgeting, resource allocation, and time management. Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure standards, facilities planning, and government compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management tools and software as well as a solid understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration with stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills for construction planning and decision-making processes. Educational background in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent certification is considered an asset. Experience in healthcare facility planning or similar environments is highly desirable.
