(NOC: 60030)Number of Positions Available: 1Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 40 hours per weekLocation of Work: Camrose, ABWage: $36.50 per HourLanguage Requirements: EnglishResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of the restaurant.Manage staff performance, scheduling, and training.Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.Implement health and safety procedures in compliance with provincial regulations.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and operational reports.Coordinate with head office on promotional campaigns and business updates.QualificationsCompletion of a bachelor’s degree or college diploma in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or in a related field such as business, psychology, or communications, combined with a minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in the food service industry, is required.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential to uphold Edo Japan’s service standards and team performance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required, along with the ability to generate operational reports such as sales summaries, staffing schedules, and inventory tracking.
