The Radio Service Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, providing field service support, and ensuring reliable communication systems for clients. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service to resolve client concerns directly and efficiently.QualificationsProven experience in Maintenance & Repair for communication systemsStrong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issuesAbility to perform Field Service work and on-site installations and repairsExcellent Customer Service and communication skills to engage with clients effectivelyRelevant technical certifications or education in telecommunications or related field is preferredFamiliarity with two-way radio solutions, structured cabling, and wireless networks is an assetAbility to work independently and in a team environmentPreparedness to work on-site in Fort McMurray, AB #J-18808-Ljbffr
