This involves, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operation, and managing staff.Just like you, we’re passionate about everything we do, and we’ll make sure you have the right growth opportunities to reach the peak of your career.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage operations by providing culinary support and developmentEnsure quality, courteous service is provided to all customersEnsure that food and service meet quality control standardsResponsible for inventory controls, food, labor, direct costs, and monitoring revenuesAssist in staff training, onboarding and scheduling - manage outputOversee the requisition and purchase of all food productsMenu development and planningPreparation of budgets and maintaining food costs and other recordsQualificationsMinimum 5 years culinary experience, management experience is requiredRed Seal certified is preferred; culinary education is requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office is requiredEffective communication and interpersonal skills are requiredThe ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the customer, colleagues and managementStrong organization skills and the ability to multi-taskAbout AramarkAt Aramark, we empower our people to create moments that matter through exceptional hospitality experiences.
