Data Entry Operator

Kelly is hiring We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our client’s team as a Data Entry Operator in Toronto, ON In this full-time, temporary role, you’ll help our client with their data entry needs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Process approximately 15,000 multi-page PDF documents, reviewing each document to identify and extract the required information.
• Perform high-volume data entry of the extracted information into a separate system while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work independently and manage daily workload to meet established productivity and accuracy expectations.
• Work across multiple applications and screens as required.
• Use the equipment and systems provided by the client and follow all applicable procedures for accessing and processing information securely.
• Complete work in a secure and private home-work environment while maintaining the confidentiality and security of all client information.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous high-volume data entry or document-processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple applications and screens.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable, secure home-work environment.
• Experience working with PDFs and databases is preferred.

Details

• Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Remote- first couple of days in office for training)
