As an essential member of Property Law, you will be licensed to practice in British Columbia and possess experience in high-volume residential real estate transactions. You will manage FCT Registrations while actively seeking improvements to workflows that benefit the entire team and client experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage high volume residential real estate transactions • Specialize in FCT Registrations and related processes • Maintain clear communication with clients and colleagues • Identify workflow enhancements for efficiency • Collaborate within a team to ensure exceptional service delivery
Requirements: • BC law license required • Experience with FCT Registrations in real estate • Familiarity with technology-enhanced legal services • Comfortable in a structured, high-volume setting • Collaborative work ethic with a focus on improvement
