Compliance Analyst, Operations

Our Training and Compliance Delivery team is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join our team This is an opportunity to work with real time operations system controllers and managers, operations support personnel, and Reliability Standard Owners and Requirement Owners. You will support all aspects of the development and maintenance of our ongoing compliance to AESO-applicable Alberta Reliability Standards and ISO Rules. You’ll be reviewing Alberta, North American Electricity Reliability Coordinator (NERC) and Western Electricity Coordinating Council WECC) standards, and drafting Reliability Standard Audit Worksheets (RSAW) to ensure all aspects of standards implementation. You will monitor events and complete root-case analysis, gather evidence, prepare reports and documentation, and provide audit support to contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. We support a hybrid work environment, where the team is in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
