Junior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery

Overview Reporting to the Associate Director Nexus Investor Delivery you will : Support senior leadership with achieving department initiatives projects budget adherence Support and mentor team through training and development Review / Prepareinvestor allocations for waterfall calculations and oversee the processing of capital calls and distributions in line with client instructions and deadlines. Support team on department deliverables while ensuring adherence to company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration dealing and reporting. Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients ensuring all deliverables and requestsare met. Participate in regular team check-in meetings / calls sharing information ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture Support management in department initiatives projects risk mitigation Support and Promote MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients and Openness and Honesty LI-Hybrid Qualifications Degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in fund administration with leadership or mentoring responsibilities. Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations. A strong candidate would have some years of existing experience in a Fund Administration role with at least ayear working in a Private Equity role Have a strong knowledge of Private Equity structures regulatory requirements and waterfall calculations.
