Clinic Operations & Intake Manager – Independent Contractor NorthWest Ontario Counselling & Consulting (NWOCC) is expanding our team in Fort Frances, Ontario. We are seeking a Clinic Operations & Intake Manager to support client intake, clinic flow, administrative coordination, billing processes, and the overall client experience. This is a key leadership-support role that connects clinicians, clients, and clinic operations. Independent Contractor (not an employee) $40/hour Fully in-person at our Fort Frances clinic Ideal start: February 2026, but flexible Required Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Comfort using computers, Client Relationship Management systems, email, scheduling programs, and iPads. Ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Physical ability for light cleaning, errands, and moving supplies. Professionalism, empathy, and discretion with sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Experience in mental health, healthcare, social services, or office administration. Experience in billing, invoicing, or CRM systems. Background in social media, marketing, or community outreach. Ability to create promotional posters or written content. Familiarity with rural, Indigenous, LGBTQ2SIA+, neurodivergent, or underserved communities. The right fit for this role is: Organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks. Warm and client-centered with strong communication skills. Comfortable with technology and administrative workflows.
