What you will accomplish with us Provide an outstanding customer service; Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner; Source parts and / or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; Various other related duties including on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor. What You Bring to Our Team Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional phone manner and customer service skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Problem solving abilities; High School Diploma; Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; Good organization skills; Professional demeanor; Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); Safety footwear required. Compensation Information Base Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include : Annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
