Job Title: IT Contract Administrator (2 Openings)Location: Hybrid – Montreal, QuebecJob Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (Initial 3–6-month contract)Overview:We are hiring two Contract Administrators to support one of our major enterprise clients. These roles will be instrumental in maintaining continuity and ensuring effective contract oversight.Key Responsibilities:Contract Lifecycle Management:Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize vendor contracts, including high-value and complex agreements with strategic IT suppliers. Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies and legal standards.Risk & Dispute Management:Monitor compliance with contractual terms, manage amendments, and identify potential risks or disputes through detailed contract analysis.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with legal, finance, compliance, business unit leaders, and IT service managers to align contract strategies with organizational goals.Reporting & Analytics:Develop reporting tools to track supplier performance, contract compliance, and value delivery. Support KPI reporting and contract status updates.Process Improvement:Evaluate current documentation and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency. Promote continuous improvement within the vendor management office.Additional Skills & Competencies:Proven experience negotiating and managing enterprise-level contracts with large vendorsStrong understanding of supplier performance management and service level agreements (SLAs)Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagementProject management experience, especially in cross-functional environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management software is a plusAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlinesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in business, law, or a relevant disciplineExperience in IT vendor management is preferredPrior experience working in a large corporate environment or supporting enterprise-scale procurement and contract processes is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
