We have expanded into over 50 countries worldwide and continue to keep infrastructure safe and secure every single day The Warehouse Mechanic supports the maintenance of our stressing equipment as well as our machinery within our manufacturing facility. This role will be primarily responsible for the inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of all types of stressing equipment. This includes stressing jacks/rams, pumps, gauges and related accessories. In addition, any machinery that support operations such as the bandsaw, DCP machine, forklifts, conveyor lines and any other mechanical systems would be part of the scope of work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment and a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency. Essential Functions Maintaining all stressing equipment and parts for the CW03 department Prepare equipment orders for shipment to the customer Review returned equipment for damage and repair Configure equipment to appropriate needs of next order Work closely with admin to share technical info and communicate equipment locations Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various warehouse machinery Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repair histories for equipment. Ensure tools, parts, and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Follow all safety protocol and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption. Assist in training operators on basic machine upkeep and troubleshooting techniques. Respond to emergency repair calls promptly. If within their expertise, explore opportunities to automate warehouse processes Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical maintenance preferred. Degree in Mechatronics Systems Engineering an added plus 3+ years of experience in industrial or mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with stressing equipment for civil engineering purposes. Competencies Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with industrial equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Travel requirements None Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Physical ability to lift heavy components, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
