In addition, the program provides a variety of organizational services to its corporate clients, including workplace consulting and training, and critical incident stress management responses. As a social enterprise of Family Services of Greater Vancouver (FSGV), FSEAP is a fee-generating business, with all of its profits going to support the larger work of FSGV and the Greater Vancouver community.Working within the mission, vision, values and person-centred philosophy of the Agency, the Counsellor provides short term, solutions focused counselling in an EAP model for children, youth and families, individuals and couples, serving clients of all ages, family configurations and income groups, addressing a wide spectrum of concerns including separation and divorce, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, family conflict, loss and grief, ageing, depression, anxiety.
