Senior Manager, GFT Supplier Management

Job Description Develop and execute the department’s supplier management strategy, including vendor selection, engagement models, and contract optimization (e.g., T&M, Managed Services). Establish best practices for early supplier involvement, SRMA/PAR processes, and risk management. Define and monitor onshore/offshore workforce ratios to balance cost efficiency and delivery excellence. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure alignment with business goals. Lead performance reviews, negotiate improvements, and resolve escalated issues with vendors. Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance assessments. Manage end-to-end contractor workflows, including SOW renewals, funding approvals, and headcount tracking. Ensure adherence to procurement/financial policies and monitor spend trends to identify optimization opportunities. Prepare and deliver executive reports on supplier performance, workforce metrics, and strategic initiatives. Partner with T&O Supplier Management, Procurement, Finance, and Global Functions Technology leaders to align on priorities and resolve complex challenges. Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment. Lead change management efforts to streamline processes and adopt innovative supplier management tools/practices.
