Dans le cadre de notre gestion des installations à travers le pays, nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un Coordinateur pour notre département en Gestion des Installations. Nous recherchons un candidat ayant la capacité de travailler en collaboration avec diverses parties internes et externes, d'effectuer des analyses de données et d'en émettre des rapports et d'être un soutien au Chef d'équipe en Gestion des Installations.
Prendre part à la mise en place divers projets
Collaborer avec les partenaires d'affaire lors des intégrations dans le cadre des projets
Collaborer et soutenir le chef d'équipe en Gestion des Installations afin d'effectuer les suivis nécessaires
Effectuer un suivi serré avec les divers intervenants sur les projets en cours
Soutenir la maintenance de la mise à jour des données financières pour le département en Gestion des Installations
Gestion et hiérarchisation des demandes
Soutenir la documentation du processus de formation suivant le déploiement du programme de décentralisation
Soutenir le programme du déploiement de formation du projet de décentralisation à travers le réseau
Effectuer une veille et une analyse des coûts sur les dépenses les plus impactantes pour le département
Excellent esprit d'analyse d'influence et de négociation
Bonne aptitude à la gestion de projets et à la communication ainsi que de grandes compétences organisationnelles.
Excellente communication en français et en anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
